In light of the fact that a travesty of Justice was perpetrated on THE WORLD on June 25, 2009, by and through the Murder/Homicide of Mr. Michael Joseph Jackson, a Worldwide Entertainer for over Forty (40) Years,
We the undersigned hereby Request and Petition THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION (FBI) AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE UNITED STATES (WHO IS THE HEAD OF THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE [DOJ]) TO CONDUCT A FEDERAL INVESTIGATION OF ALL THOSE WHO MAY HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN THE MURDER/HOMICIDE OF MICHAEL JOSEPH JACKSON AND BRING FORTH FEDERAL CHARGES AGAINST ANY AND ALL PERSONS INVOLVED IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM IN THE MURDER/HOMICIDE OF MICHAEL JOSEPH JACKSON!
We call on THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION (FBI) AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE UNITED STATES (WHO IS THE HEAD OF THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE [DOJ]) to investigate the MURDER/HOMICIDE of Michael Joseph Jackson and the Last Will and Testament of Michael Joseph Jackson (believed to be a Forgery) filed by John Branca and John McClain, Current Estate Executors of the Estate of Michael Jackson (along with Witnesses to Alleged Will: Trudy Green, John McClain, and Barry Siegel), produced, we believe, so they could gain control over his Estate, his three Children, his Mother, Katherine Jackson, The SONY/ATV Catalog, and all other assets for their own personal gain.
Additionally, we request THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION (FBI) AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE UNITED STATES (WHO IS THE HEAD OF THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE [DOJ]) to investigate the Video Surveillance that was taken inside and outside of the House where Michael Jackson Died at 100 N. Carolwood Drive, Los Angeles, California 90077, as well as the video surveillance we believe existed inside of Michael Jackson’s Bedroom the day of his Murder/Homicide, as this would show evidence of the person or persons who were outside of the House, inside of Michael’s rented Residence, and/or inside of Michael’s bedroom the day, and the moments leading up to, Michael Jackson’s death, and to finally bring any and all of those responsible in any way, shape, or form to Justice, to answer all of their Crimes against Michael Joseph Jackson, also known as The King of Pop. This video surveillance footage was reported to have been removed from the Residence and then accidentally erased!
THE INVESTIGATION SHOULD INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO: Randy Phillips, (Dr.) Tohme Tohme, John Branca, JOHN MCCLAIN, AEG LIVE, SONY, TOM BARRACK, COLONY CAPITAL, TOMMY MOTTOLA, CONRAD MURRAY, PAUL GONGAWARE, TIMOTHY LEIWEKE, JOEL KATZ, DENNIS HAWK, AND ANY AND ALL OTHERS who we believe may be involved in the Murder/Homicide of Michael Joseph Jackson.
Others we believe who may have been involved in the PLAN/ CONSPIRACY/SCHEME/PLOT AND NEED TO ALSO BE INVESTIGATED ARE: TOM SNEDDON, MARTIN BASHIR, FRANK DILEO, AL MALNICK, BRETT RATNER, HOWARD WEITZMAN, THE ARVIZO’S AND THE CHANDLERS.
WE BELIEVE THEY ALL MAY HAVE BLOOD ON THEIR HANDS (in one way or another)!
We would expect the Investigation to include all of Michael Jackson’s continued statements while he was alive and still here with us trying to warn everyone stating .there is an ongoing conspiracy against him and that they were going to kill him to finally be proven and brought to light for the entire World to see and finally know the TRUTH and that the Michael Jackson Death Hoax finally be shut down so all will know that Michael Jackson did not fake his own death!
Finally, we also want all the false allegations and inaccurate information to finally be uncovered and the TRUTH to be published in a Written Investigation Report accessible to every single person around the World as a Public Record so they may finally be exposed to the TRUTH about Michael Joseph Jackson and the false allegations and lies constantly being told about Michael Jackson be stopped, ONCE AND FOR ALL!

These are signs of severe dehydration, yet AEG Live, and the others, insisted he was in excellent health to perform and we believe the evidence will show that he was not!
Michael Jackson was in New York, New York from July 6-9, 2002. The alleged Last Will and Testament of Michael Jackson that was produced and filed into Probate on July 1, 2009 (Probate paperwork signed by John Branca on June 29, 2009, only four (4) days after Michael’s death) by the current Executors of the Estate of Michael Joseph Jackson, John Branca and John McClain, states that the Will was signed by Michael Joseph Jackson on July 7, 2002, in Los Angeles, California. The Estate Executors are using this to have free reign over the entire Estate of Michael Jackson and collecting a significant amount of money and making deals that we feel Michael Joseph Jackson would have NEVER made or NEVER wanted to be affiliated with.
We believe the evidence will show that Michael Joseph Jackson was forced (or bribed) into an additional forty (40) shows (after Michael had stated he had only signed on to do ten [10] shows and announced that he was not in physical condition to do 50 shows).
Additionally, The Michael Joseph Jackson Trust DOES NOT entitle Michael Jackson’s Children to Michael Jackson’s Estate (if any money is left) until the age of 30, 35, and 40 years of age, which keeps John Branca and the others in control of Michael Jackson’s Estate and his Sony/ATV Catalog, and any and all other assets, for much longer than we believe Michael ever intended.
And that even though Conrad Murray was arrested, found guilty of Involuntary Manslaughter, sentenced to County Jail for four (4) years (currently scheduled to be released on October 28, 2013), there were many, many others involved!
We request all of this to be investigated so that Justice will finally be served (even though it won’t bring Michael back to us)! Once the Federal Authorities have investigated the forging of Michael’s Will, the deals being made with Sony, the theft of the money in the large trash bags in Michael’s closet, and the jewelry and other assets stolen from Michael’s home, all the assets should be immediately transferred and given back to their rightful heirs, his three (3) Children.
