There has been much controversy surrounding the Heal The World Foundation and its operator Melissa Johnson. In regards to the events that led to her losing the charity and all its assets including over 900 Michael Jackson trademarks (the trademarks were picked upped and registered by Melissa after they were neglected to be renewed by MJ managers) in an ambush style “settlement” by John Branca the fraudulent executor of the Michael Jackson Estate.
When Michael was murdered back in June of 2009, the estate executors John Branca and John McClain moved in swiftly to lay claim on anything Michael Jackson. The two Johns publicly claimed to be in the best position to get the estate in order and out of what was reported to be over 400 million dollars in debt. The executors moved thru like vultures securing anything and everything Michael worked for and obtained in life. All the possession in his homes, storage units, unreleased recording on DATs and computer hard drives, to jewelry and cash were confiscated by John Branca and John McClain. No one not even Michael’s kids or parents were allowed to keep anything as a memento of the Love they just lost. Families all over the world have the opportunity to go and sit amongst their recently departed Loved ones affects and sort things out, not in the case of the Jacksons. Anything they had in their possession that belonged to Michael they were told to turn over by way of a letter from the legal department of the Estate, stating that if they didn’t want to endure court proceedings they must hand it all over.
As we discussed before whenever you want to do business with Michael, use his image or likeness, sample his music or use it in its entirety, basically anything involving Michael you must get the approval of John Branca. Intellectual property is owned through trademarks and licenses, these trademarks and licenses are like deeds to your home or title to your car.
Trademarks are registered, with the library of congress and is your proof that you created or own said material. Be it music compositions, lyrics, a name… saying or phrase, an image etc. Anything that you created from thought is considered intellectual property and must be trademarked and/or licensed/ or copyrighted to be protected from the misuse or theft by another. Whosoever owns these trademarks will be able to do business and provide services bearing the image/logo, phrase, name or saying. When you get a trademark you must also provide its intended purpose; be it sale of goods, providing services as a lawyer or corporation of some sort, a music label, a foundation and her name and logo all must have a trademark. This clearly paints a picture as to why John G Branca and John McClain are gunning for the Heal The World Charity and all its assets.
The Heal The World Foundation holds and owns many of Michael’s memories, images and concepts from its inception. His hit song bears its title and so many people when they think of, hear or see Heal The World, anywhere in the world they think of MJ. Melissa Johnson owning and being president of the Heal The World Foundation along with owning all the trademarks made her the target of many that wished to own and capitalize on Michael; which in this instance is Howard Mann andJohn Branca. Its quite unfortunate that Branca and Mann care only about the enormous monetary value and revenue generating ability of Heal The World and its trademarks. To me guys, its rather ghoulish that these men feel they can part off…sell and trade a soul of this way. Dividing Michael into shares like a stock on Wall Street, playing monopoly with the pieces of his life his works his Loves and his dreams. Michael is a being, with a heart larger than his monetary value. It’s heart breaking to see that Michael’s enormous more than generous gifts to world, just wasn’t good enough for the greedy men in suits.
Let’s take a moment to awe at some of the things that Michael done with his foundation. Can I say here that I miss him terribly?

The original Heal the World Foundation was a charitable organization founded by entertainer Michael Jackson in 1992. The foundation’s creation was inspired by his charitable single of the same name. Through his foundation, Jackson airlifted 46 tons of supplies to Sarajevo, instituted drug and alcohol abuse education and donated millions of dollars to disadvantaged children, including the full payment of a Hungarian child’s liver transplant.

In 1984, while filming a Pepsi Cola commercial, Jackson suffered second degree burns to his scalp after pyrotechnics accidentally set his hair on fire.[4] PepsiCo settled a lawsuit out of court, and Jackson gave his $1.5 million settlement to the “Michael Jackson Burn Center” which was a piece of new technology to help people with severe burns.[4]
Shortly afterward, Jackson was invited to the White House to receive an award presented by American President Ronald Reagan. The award was given for Jackson’s support of charities that helped people overcome alcohol and drug abuse.[5]
In 1985, Jackson co-wrote the charity single “We Are the World” with Lionel Richie, which was released worldwide to aid the poor in Africa and the US. He was one of 39 music celebrities who performed on the record. The single became one of the best-selling singles of all time, with nearly 20 million copies sold and millions of dollars donated to famine relief. It was also the first time Jackson was recognized for his humanitarian efforts.[6]
Jackson founded the charity in 1992, naming it after his hit song, “Heal the World“. The purpose of the charity was to provide medicine to children and fight world hunger, homelessness, child exploitation and abuse. Jackson stated that he wanted “to improve the conditions for children throughout the world”.[7]
The foundation also brought underprivileged children to Jackson’s Neverland Ranch, located outside Santa Ynez, California, to go on theme park rides that Jackson had built on the property after he purchased it in 1988.
The Dangerous World Tour began on June 27, 1992, and finished on November 11, 1993. Jackson performed to 3.5 million people in 67 concerts. All profits from the concerts went to the “Heal the World Foundation”, raising millions of dollars in relief.[8] Through the foundation, Jackson airlifted 46 tons of supplies to Sarajevo and paid for a Hungarian child’s liver transplant.[9]
One of Jackson’s most acclaimed performances came during the halftime show at the National Football League‘s Super Bowl XXVII. At the show, Jackson performed his anthem “Heal the World”, to help promote the organization with the assistance of a choir of 750 people and a flash card display involving 98,000 volunteers. Jackson donated his entire fees to the foundation, with the NFL also donating $100,000 and a 30-second TV spot to push for contributions.[7][10][11]
Following the Super Bowl, Jackson ran a full-page advertisement in the newspaper USA Today, providing a toll-free number. A coupon was provided that could be clipped and mailed in along with a contribution. Those donating $35 or more were given a “Heal the World” T-shirt.[7]
The environmental themed music video for “Earth Song” closed with a request for donations to Jackson’s foundation.[12]
In 1997, Jackson earned money from photographs of his son, Prince Michael. The photographs were sold to “OK!” magazine and the National Enquirer, raising $3 million for the foundation.[13]
In February 2001, Jackson launched Heal the Kids, an initiative of HTWF and part of the foundation’s attempt to boost children’s welfare.[14] Jackson launched the charity initiative, stating, “Heal the Kids will help adults and parents realize it’s in our power to change the world our children live in”.[15]
Jackson gave a speech at Oxford University about raising children, as part of the launch of his “Heal the Kids” initiative. In the speech, Jackson spoke rhetorically of his children, “What if they grow older and resent me, and how my choices impacted their youth?…Why weren’t we given a normal childhood like all the other children? And at that moment I pray that my children will give me the benefit of the doubt. That they will say to themselves: Our daddy did the best he could, given the unique circumstances he faced. I hope that they will focus on the positives things, on the sacrifices I willingly made for them…”. Journalist J. Randy Taraborrelli concluded that Jackson’s performance during the speech was “absorbing” and well received.[16]
The above from Wikipedia reference gives you a brief history of Heal The World Foundation how it began, its mission and what has happened since its inception. Michael being consumed with bogus lawsuits, phony friends and the child molestation trial of 2004/5 had long since stopped having an active role in the beloved foundation. Melissa Johnson an admirer of Michael and his vision, a care giver by trade sought to keep Michael’s dream alive by running the Heal The World Foundation for him.
In the process Johnson realized that something was amidst in Michael’s inner sanctum. Trademarks were being abandoned left and right, many were up for renewal and the managers and lawyers and all that were supposedly in place to keep the Jackson stage running dropped the microphone by letting these important trademarks expire. They were images and names that go along with the Michael brand. The iconic image of Michael standing on his toes that is vital to the name Heal The World itself to name a few…..
Melissa began to buy up these trademarks in hopes to salvage them for Michael and to ensure that they didn’t fall into the wrong hands. After Michael was murdered (I will never use the word passed, as we pass away naturally at ripe old ages when we feel like, Michael didn’t have that opportunity) Melissa attempted to reach out to the Jackson family and John Branca, unfortunately the estate stepped in saying that everything Michael belonged to them. Remember anything pertaining to Michael must be approved by the estate which is run by John Branca and John McClain. The thuggish way in which Branca and McClain run the estate has people all over running for cover if you have anything Michael these two men are coming for you. Media spins says it’s to preserve the integrity and legacy of Michael; reality proves that Branca and McClain’s sole purpose is to conquer the MJ nation.
As with any war, there unfortunately are causalities and in this war, truth and justice vs Branca… Melissa has become the latest casualty. Let’s look at the players shall we. Howard Mann, business partner (more like abuser) to Mrs. Jackson came into Melissa’s life claiming to protect her, the charity, the Jacksons… MJ3… against the big business men of the world.
He became the charities financier and partner, he would fund the defense that Melissa and the charity needed to protect the charity against the constant attacks suits laid against Heal The World by the estate executors. The executors didn’t care that Michael handed the charity over with his blessing, the executors didn’t care that Melissa legally purchased over 900 trademarks on fair market. If any of you saw an abandoned trademark of any nature belonging to any corporation or person formerly, you could in fact buy the mark if it were in your financial ability. I for one feel differently, but in the eyes of the law and this is what we are dealing with now, the law… whether you like it or not Melissa Johnson is in fact within legal rights to own said trademarks. They were abandoned and she purchased them. They do not, I repeat do not belong to the estate. Branca and McClain and their attorney Howard Weitzman beg to differ.
The two Johns uh…pimps, that want their money, state that they didn’t give Ms. Johnson permission to operate on their corner, er….sorry, use their product without their consent, er…sorry again, use Michael’s name likeness and logos. Oh but wait…. aren’t we talking about a human being.
Michael Jackson is the name given at birth by his parents Joe and Katherine, and that talent was passed down through DNA and a gift from the divine and those moves all Michael, the concepts …the shows… the innovation, the magic…. that’s all Michael too. The trademarks, the licenses, the copyrights, images and catalogs all that belongs to Michael as well. So why has Branca and McClain decided that they are Michael? Yes uh huh that’s right…. possession is nine tenths of the law, what you have in your possession whether you own it or not it belongs to you even if you stole it.
But how does that work you may ask, many people go to jail daily for grand theft (anything over $1000 in value) and robbery. Well you have to have proof that said person or persons took possession without permission, you must have receipts or titles deeds and publishing trademark certificates etc…. If you don’t have any of the aforementioned you are pretty much shit out of luck. Yes the beautiful legal system is only set in place for the benefit of those that created the law. You ever heard that saying, “Those who own the gold make the rules.” Well that’s all true and they break them, bend them and ignore them.
Change them whenever they see fit; even implement new ones. This is a siege and seizure. Branca is a “law” man yet it seems he has his own version of the law he practices; while he is out chasing Melissa Johnson and HWTF citing their illegal use of Michael’ name and trademarks. Isn’t he the pot calling the kettle black? Branca has had fake wills drawn up (all approved by the California probate court even though there is video proof that Michael was nowhere near LA when the fraudulent document was signed. Remember the saying “Those who own the gold, make the rules) Branca is taking hundreds of millions of dollars from MJ3 potentially billions.
He was trying to kick Joe and Katherine’s grand-children out of their life long home. Get this he claims the money is just for Ms. Jackson and MJ3 not cousins or otherwise. I thought a grown woman could do what she wanted to do with her money. He told another grown man Joe Jackson, Michael ‘s father you know the one that helped give him life, nurture his talent managed the best musical family and group of all time, that he couldn’t have any money.
He couldn’t get the assistance that he was used to getting from his son out of Love. Branca even got the courts to co-sign on this nonsense throwing Joe’s petition out of court. Can you believe that the judge said he had no grounds to question the validity of the will leaving him out. He wasn’t allowed to question the men who he knew his son did not trust and had fired. Joe can’t live and benefit from what he helped create, yet John Branca and McClain and all the other hands he greased can. Can Sony, and AEG can but Joe can’t, Katherine’s on an allowance….the siblings can’t… even MJ3 his own kids can’t. A will was written that gave thieves and ex-employees the whole entire empire, full autonomy to do business as, run the estate as they like, make deals when they want with whomever they want, divide the money as they like , pay and not pay whom they seem fit and help us all if you have something of Michael’s that they want; even if he gave it you himself said it was yours to keep you better fork it over.
John Branca John McClain and Howard Wietzman will and has X out anyone who will be or get in their way. Their aim and goal is to own everything, every aspect of Michael under the sun and in heaven. Yet his own family and kids and don’t have a say a yay or nay on any of it. If those of you that support and back Branca and his evil lies and ways you are and I say this with L.O.V.E. just as Narcissistic and corrupt as he is.
Sorry ya’all let me get back on current topic even though it’s all inclusive J I just wanted to rehash and show you some of the direct in your face BS that these con artists are running. You must always be aware of what Justice4Michael and just anyone who Loves Michael for Real and in Truth is up against. The world over must know the type of mindsets we are dealing with. Michael felt it very important that we know and educate ourselves about the planet and the people that have foolishly think they have the right been run her; so that they no longer run her and us. That’s why he spoke out, gave speeches, coded his videos and wrote songs that grab your conscious. Michael showed you it all through song dance and imagery. I will add here that Michael simply was….and is brilliant. This surely isn’t for the faint of heart and neither is the Truth. Again all in another blog
Branca says all the money that Michael has and will make is to pay his debts. We know they’re really were known or at least not that absorbent amount and certainly not by Michael’s doing. The financial struggles that he suffered were on purpose. Financial attacks, so that he would be boxed in, dependent and alone. Struggling to get by and would be forced to do the things that he didn’t want to and to be placed in a position to give up his assets. He is extremely wealthy and can afford whatever he wanted in life. Michael didn’t pay his own bills he had people for that.
It never made no sense to me, that he or anyone in his position where others are responsible for financial transactions such as bill pay, keeping abreast of bill pay and the like; are held responsible for happenings that are not in their control or of their awareness. Just if for chance the handlers businessman and lawyers, accountants and money managers are put on notice and made to take accountability and have to bear the consequences that the very people they are paid to assist have to. These people would no longer be able to embezzle and act reckless with other people’s money and do the jobs with integrity they were instated to do. Such as with Michael and so many others …. Financial ruin and vulnerability for hostile takeovers would not happen.
Branca uses Michael’s money for many things non Michael but says it’s for Michael benefit. For instance, chasing trademarks all over the world, like an obsessed nut. Branca has decided that he is Michael Jackson. I told yall before that he was schizophrenic. He was FIRED! and wasn’t bought back by Michael but by Randy Phillips of AEG, Phillips has said this himself. Branca has taken everything that Michael owns and continually seeks whatever else is left that he may have overlooked under the guise of the estate. But wait….there is a company called Triumph International, Inc and who is the president and CEO yes yes you got it John G Branca. Lets us look at the things that Branca has been buying for himself and his company Triumph International, Inc:

What he doesn’t do is pursue trademarks in Michael’s name, it should read the estate of Michael Jackson. Not the executors or Special Administrators or The Executors or Co-Executors and definitely not Triumph International, Inc. Using various names is a legal loop hole, in some instances to the naked non lawyer ye it appears ownership is obtained for Michael estate. Look closely the name is the Executors of the Special Administrators of Co-Executors of Triumph International, Inc….. Remember peeps possession is nine tenths of the law, you possess it and you own it. Names and such are very strict in regards to ownership you all know this and experience this in your everyday lives. The name before the of and Triumph International is the legal name of the owner. He is fully aware of this, as stated before Branca has his origins in estate law and contracts….
Look at this example with the estate of James “Jim” Morrison (also killed might I add) Branca and his firm handle trade matters and estate business for the Doors lie and deceased members.

Nowhere does it make Branca the owner, nowhere does Branca list himself as the owner by saying the Co-Executor or Special Administrator or by say Triumph International. Yes you may say he isn’t the executor of the Morris Estate he isn’t… but he and his firm works for and on behalf of the estate. Just Like with Michael estate Branca is an employee and executor has a boss and in this case it’s the estate of Michael Jackson. With Michael no longer being here, Branca should be working for and facilitating the estate on Michael’s next of kin’s behalf.
Being that MJ3 are minors it would be his Mom and Dad, Joe and Katherine Jackson. Branca, I need you to please remember has his origins in estate contracts; he does know how it’s supposed to be listed. He is making himself the owner on the sneak when it should read just as with Morrison the estate of Michael Jackson. As the administrator or executor or whatever his schizophrenic mind wants to be referred as… he works for the estate period he is not the estate, Michael and Michael alone is the estate.
He is what has happened with some of the recent trade John Branca has obtained. Play close attention to words like Assignor. An Assignor is the previous owner before the persons person or entity hands over certificates of ownership of already registered trademarks. The Assignee is the new owner.

Take a look at the above evidence, as usual Branca is up to no good and we see proof that his attacks on HTWF and various other parties, were not for the benefit of Michael and his legacy but for himself. Once he obtained HWFT and all her assets including several hundred trades…. he began signing them all over to himself as his company Triumph International, Inc. The above lists and reveals just a small portion of the picture. I will be back with more updates and we will further discuss HTWF in depth and how Branca now has the charity assets.
